Legal Notice/Disclaimer

• Sizes.  It is important to state your height and chest size when placing an order for a Flying Jacket.  Refer to size chart.
• Colours.  Whilst every effort is made to ensure accurate colour reproduction we accept no responsibility for colour discrepancies.
• Returns.  All returned goods must be unused and in original condition with Alpha tag attached.  Mil Spec items are supplied to order and are non-returnable/refundable under any circumstances.  All returned goods must have an RMA number issued before being returned.  All returned goods must be received by us within 7 days from date of delivery.  Should you require an exchange product please include an additional shipping  payment of £8.00.  We recommend obtaining proof of postage and insurance for all returned goods.
• Payment.  All cheques are cleared before goods are despatched.  We are unable to despatch/exchange goods unless we receive adequate shipping.
• Conditions of sale.  All contracts for the sale of goods shall be upon the terms and conditions of the company.  Copies are available upon request.
